Being stuck in Europe for Christmas has it’s ups and downs but the past week in Davos has been pretty fun. It helps that there is a bigger crew of athletes around this year with Kikkan, Jeff, Bird, Julie, and I sharing an apartment in town and also having some of the Canadian guys down the street to hang out with. The skiing has remained incredible for the past week allowing me to put in some long hard training sessions. Some of the guys and I even found time on our off day to hit the Alps and do a little alpine shredding. so life isn’t too bad in Davos. here are a bunch of pics!

been putting in a lot of distance hours skiing in the ‘Sunny valley’

powder and sunshine

There are a lot of people in town skiing, but the trails go everywhere so they are usually never crowded.

A lot of double track striding in Davos. Old school and so sweet.

a look at down town

Hitting the slopes with the guys on our day off

Just look for the guys with the tukes and tight xc ski pants. classic.
