Dear Duncan,
I am a year younger than you, female, a Md with a family (only three kids), (married to an MD), post military and addicted to as much training as I can get, but not Olympic at all! Your site and blogs are a pleasure. Could you write a bit about the roller skis? I do inline skates, speed or fitness depending on your point of view, but am thinking of switching to Roller skis to develop the coordination for winter Xcountry…Many thanks Sarah
