Double Session
Monday, June 30th, 2008Today is my weekly Monday double session. It’s always hard, but nothing too tough. The goal is not to overwork myself by training too much, but to train effectively with a goal in mind. So per week, I do one double session, one or two intensity sessions, two strength sessions, lots of core, and I try to get on roller skis three times a week. There are always some odd, unexpected things like the triathlon on Saturday, but they are fun and they are meant to increase my interest in racing, not to bog me down. (more…)
