but not on mine. What, just ’cause he is actually fast on snow?
I mean really, nine comments about the nitty gritty of a race where he didn’t even go that fast, and I can’t get more than two comments from a shot across the bow on the whole skate controversy…
I had planned to write a post called “Ten miles, ten mistakes” about a race last week, but I think the title is all you really need to know. Seven of those ten mistakes were the miles beyond the shorter 5km distance that was offered, by the way. Basically the day was a study in how not to respond to adversity - perhaps another reason Kris attracts more attention than I do…
Right now I am pretty much is rest mode, as far as training is concerned. I race a 10 km on Saturday and try to set a 5 km PR a week from today.
Of course, with summer winding down I am trying to do school work, which cuts into my rest time, but not as much as a daughter who got me up at 5:00 this morning.

Sometimes i wish I had a job that didn’t require so much brain power so I could dissect (bisect? direct?) complicated articles about technique. You two should keep the dialog rolling though, because some of us are learning quite a bit without having to take the time to move and click our mice to type in masterskier.com
