In May I moved to Sun Valley, ID and have been training with the SVSEF Olympic Development Team (ODT). This morning we did some threshold testing… check it out!

Since April I have done 3 slightly different threshold tests. One in April at sea level, the same one today at about 6,000ft and a skating field test in Bend, OR. This is my first time living at altitude and it is really important to make sure I am going the right speed in level 3 intervals and easy distance!
