I am about 5 days post surgery and so far so good! The big bandages are still covering everything up (I am dying to see what is under there!) but I am able to walk without crutches and have been able to do some training on the SkiErg.

U.S. Ski Team PT Aaron Saari rigged this spin bike in front of a SkiErg so I can double pole!

U.S. Ski Team PT Aaron Saari put a spin bike with no handle bars in front of a SkiErg so I can double pole!

Today’s was my second day on the SkiErg. I only did 45 minutes but I will be adding intervals and longer sessions in the next few days! Next week I am hoping to get on the spin bike and as soon as my stitches are out, hit the pool!

Aaron, good luck with the recovery. Give that SkiErg Heck. We are all loving it here at C2. Can’t wait to see your scores once you are further along in the healing process. – Greg
