About

The Montana State University Ski Team based out of Bozeman, Montana is lead by Head Coach Grethe-Lise Hågensen and Assistant Coaches Andrew Kastning, Calisa Schouweiler Kastning, and Gunnar Kristiansen. After a great 2010 race season with the men’s team placing 1st overall in the 20k skate race and 3rd overall as a team at NCAA Championships, the Bobcats are looking to have a strong presence on the NCAA circuit for the 2010-2011 race season.

With a large contingent of skiers from across the U.S. and abroad, the Bobcats hope to supplement an older more experienced group of skiers with some revitalizing energy from the newer skiers. Having such a competitive group of skiers in one location training together allows skiers to constantly push one-another in every workout. Bozeman provides an ideal location to train and prepare for the ski season year-round. With accessible trails, perfect training conditions, and a supportive ski community, there is nothing more that a skier can ask for.
