What’s up? It’s been a while.

Back Again

Cool thing today! A casual 6 mile run up Arctic Valley turned into a run that beat last year’s May 8th TT time of 47:56 by 30 seconds!! I started super casual just for fun, stopped once to take off my warm ups, stopped again to run with Conway for a little bit, and again after going anaerobic right before the end. Considering I haven’t run more than twice a week in the last month, I have got to say that I’m EXTREMELY impressed with myself. I can’t wait to see what happens when I actually time trial the road again in a few weeks after some more running.
