Out of the Fog...
And into focus!
The training season has begun! Yesterday our athletes raced a 5km running race and everybody who raced the same race last year improved their time!

This morning we got out for a crust ski on Rabbit Ears. During the week, we are splitting time between running, biking and trying to fit in 3 strength sessions per week
