Happy Holidays! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful winter. My name is Max Durtschi, and I am a 16 yr. old (J1) junior ski racer from Sun Valley. FasterSkier has been kind enough to give me a blog on the website. I am really looking forward it. Through out this season I will be keeping you all up to date with the ski season through the perspective of a junior racer. This look at the racing season should be unique, and I think it will be interesting to see the differences between the season of a 10th grader, and that of a World Cup racer. As a blog reader myself, I know how much I enjoy pictures, so I am going to try to pack each update with lots of them.
